- No. We are not an Authorized Dyson Service Center. We are an independent repair shop with extensive Dyson V-series and Ball experience.
- Do you use genuine Dyson parts?
- We use genuine for most jobs. For batteries we offer both genuine and quality aftermarket (NCR18650 cells, 18-month warranty) at lower cost. We tell you which is which.
- How much is a Dyson battery replacement?
- $90 to $160 installed depending on V-series model. Genuine cells priced at the top of that range.
- Why does my Dyson smell like burning?
- Almost always a jammed brush bar with hair wrap. Hair winds at the end caps until the brush bar stops while the motor keeps driving. The burning smell is the belt or motor windings. Stop using it and bring it in.
- Can you fix a Dyson Outsize?
- Yes. Outsize service is the same workflow as V15 for batteries and filters; the bigger bin and brush bar are mechanically similar.
