Repair or replace
Miele canisters are worth fixing far longer than mass-market vacuums. A $100 to $200 repair on a Complete C3 still makes sense at year 14 because the platform has 5 more years of service life. Above $300 in repair on a 15-year-old unit warrants the trade-in conversation.

- Yes. We are an Authorized Miele Dealer and can register and process warranty claims for canister, upright, cordless, and robot Miele residential vacuums.
- Can you service a Miele bought from Costco or Amazon?
- We can repair the unit, but Miele warranty does not apply to purchases from non-authorized sellers. The repair runs at our standard rates.
- How long does a Miele repair take?
- Most jobs are same-day when the part is in stock. PCB and motor work runs 1 to 3 days.
- Do you sell HomeCare Collection?
- Yes. The HomeCare line ships only through Authorized Dealers and includes the 5-year inclusive warranty plus the $139 bonus attachment kit.
