Common questions
- Do you stock genuine Miele bags?
- Yes. Genuine Miele Type GN AirClean 3D, Type FJM, Type U, and Type KK are all in stock at our Alexandria shop. Part number 10123210 (Type GN, 4 bags + 2 filters) is the most common.
- Can I order parts for pickup?
- Call (703) 931-6100 and we will check stock at our Alexandria shop. If the part is in stock you can pick up the same day. If we need to order it the turnaround is usually 2 to 5 business days.
- Are aftermarket bags as good as OEM?
- It depends on the brand. For Miele, EnviroCare and other reputable aftermarket bags are functionally close, but they may not seal as tightly as genuine and they do not satisfy the warranty registration condition. For most other brands aftermarket is fine.
- Do you ship parts?
- Phase 1 of this site is local-only. Online ordering opens later in the build. For now: call, text, or stop in.
