How it works
- Call with questions. (703) 931-6100 is a landline, so call before you visit if you need to confirm eligibility.
- Bring it in. 3640 King Street, Bradlee Shopping Center.
- We inspect. Confirm condition, model, and any extras (attachments, manuals).
- Apply the credit. The $50 credit goes against a new Miele purchase on the spot.
What we do with traded vacuums
Working premium units (Miele, Sebo, Riccar, Kirby, Rainbow) become certified pre-owned inventory after our refurbishment process. See the certified pre-owned page. Lower-tier trades become parts donors or are responsibly recycled.
Common questions
- Do you accept non-working vacuums?
- The $50 Miele trade-in offer is for working vacuums. Call before bringing in a non-working machine; some premium brands may still have parts value.
- What conditions count?
- The vacuum should turn on and be complete enough to inspect. Heavy filth, missing major parts, or pet odor may make it ineligible.
- Do I need to clean it before bringing it in?
- We do not require a deep clean, but empty the bag or canister at minimum before bringing it in.
- Is the trade credit usable toward parts and service?
- No. The current trade-in offer is $50 off a new Miele vacuum purchase.
