ULPA Filter
Ultra Low Penetration Air. A filter standard stricter than HEPA, requiring 99.999% capture at 0.12 microns.
ULPA filters are used in semiconductor fabs, biological research labs, and certain medical applications. Not commonly available in residential vacuums; the air flow penalty is severe at this filtration tier.
