Repair or replace
ProTeam backpacks last 5 to 8 years in commercial service. Most repairs are worth doing on the first 5 years; trade in or fleet refresh for older units that need motor or PCB work.

- Do you offer a loaner backpack program?
- No. We no longer offer loaner backpacks. Service plan accounts still get priority repair queueing and clear turnaround estimates.
- Can I set up a net-30 account?
- Yes. See the Commercial page for the application process. Most accounts are approved within 5 business days.
