The Tysons Corner Experience Center (TCEC) is Miele's full-line showroom: kitchen, laundry, dishwashers, ovens, and vacuums. By appointment, Monday through Saturday. The consultant walks you through the line and answers questions. The transaction often gets routed to an Authorized Dealer for fulfillment, especially on vacuums where in-stock pickup and the HomeCare Collection matter.

The math is geographic: TCEC sits 14 miles north of Alexandria. From the Experience Center to our shop at 3640 King Street is a 25 to 35 minute drive down 495 or Leesburg Pike, depending on time of day. For Old Town, Del Ray, Mount Vernon, South Arlington, and DC-side customers, completing the purchase at our shop is shorter than driving to a Fairfax or Vienna dealer.
