- Can I start with Tier 1 and upgrade later?
- Yes. Tier 1 is the easiest entry. Most accounts upgrade to Tier 2 within 6 months once we know the fleet usage pattern.
- What is the minimum fleet size?
- We work with fleets as small as 3 vacuums. The math gets better at 10+.
- How do I cancel?
- 30-day notice, no penalty. We expect the plan to earn its keep.
